Region One Pathways – Women’s Pairs – BNH

Well, that went down to the wire, Browns Bay’s Lisa Parlane & Anne Dorreen are the Region One Champions in the Women’s Pairs. After two rounds they were the only 2 winner, but with Auckland winning well over Northland, the ladies needed to win or draw against Far North. The entire game was close, and with wind gusts not allowing you to play 2 bowls the same, it was always going to come down to the last bowl, lucky Lisa didn’t need to play her last bowl. Congratulations Lisa and Anne you are through to the NZ Finals at your home Club in April.
