BATTLE OF THE BRIDGE – Representative Team Announcement
Each year both Bowls Auckland and Bowls North Harbour eagerly look forward to the Representative “Battle of the Bridge” fixture.
This year it will be held on 3 December with the Premier and Prem Development Men and Women hosted by Howick Bowling Club and the 1-5 Year Men and Women hosted by Sunnybrae Bowling Club.
It follows a Ryder Cup format where each squad of eight plays 2 x fours, 4 x pairs and 8 x singles. The points are accumulated and the winning sides announced at the end of the day.
