Bowls North Harbour Representative Teams
Bowls North Harbour invites expressions of interest from individuals keen to contribute to the success of our Representative Teams by applying for the Selector/Coach roles for the upcoming season.
These key positions play an important part in the performance and development of our representative squads, and we are seeking motivated, organised, and team-focused individuals who are committed to building a positive team culture and achieving competitive success.
Selectors / Coaches will be responsible for planning and delivering training sessions, supporting player development, and contributing to team performance strategies.
They will be supported by Managers who will play a vital role in logistics, communications, and team support, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all involved.
Applicants should ideally have:
- Experience in team management or coaching (preferably within bowls or a similar team environment)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A positive, inclusive approach to team culture and collaboration
- A willingness to work closely with the Representative Team Director and selection panel
